Bile and Vitriol
Risking damaging the precious sensibilities of the Apple loving fans out there, iTunes can kiss my cold white ass.
If I buy a song from the iTunes store, I want to be able to burn it to a cd. Period. None of this protected file bullshit. It is MINE, I paid for it, therefore let me burn it to a fucking cd please.
*Fume*

Apple is one very unusual company. They make some things which are so much better and more advanced and sensible than anyone else in the entire world. For instance, I would never take any operating system over OS X no matter what. Problem? They're like the prettiest girl in high school who happens to know how pretty she is and, as such, makes herself a whole lot less attractive.
Apple's desire to control the user experience and squish it's loyal patrons into a pre-defined list of activities and projects is extremely closed-minded and sometimes even kind of scary.

AH. I was trying to burn an MP3 disc, and the files purchased from iTunes won't convert to MP3.
I still think that bupkus. But at least I can burn the tune to a cd as an uncompressed file. *sigh*

You can burn cds of songs you purchase from itunes. It's pretty easy actually. Select the songs you want. Create a playlist. Click the little yellow and black "burn cd" icon. And voila.
Now will you kiss my cold white ass?
